**About Phil & Sail for Epilepsy**
Phil and the Sail For Epilepsy team will offer an empowering family-friendly afternoon of nautical activities and community connections. You’ll learn how to tie some knots that sailors use, how flags are used to communicate at sea, and help make a flag that will be flown on future Sail For Epilepsy voyages. Phil will give a brief talk about his journey with epilepsy and invite attendees to become his Virtual Shipmates by taking the One More Step Challenge. This is a great opportunity for participants to meet other people in the community who are affected by epilepsy. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. After this event, you’ll be able to spend the rest of the afternoon visiting the aquarium!
